This article was the first of our published acknowledgements. It included a description of various infectious software such as malware, spyware, and viruses. It explained how the owner, Joe Gee, began his computer career and how he expanded to a business after getting his degree at Baker College. The article also focused on why we are preferred compared to other local and corporate businesses for reasons such as cheaper prices, faster service, and customer service. It concluded with a brief explanation of a few of the major problems computers typically encounter. Stop into the office and check out our plaque :)
"Small Store but Big Savings." December 14, 2008
Our second article explained a customer's frustration with another local computer store. The other store claimed that her ram or hard drive was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. She decided to take her computer to us. We diagnosed it for her and realized she only needed her hard drive reformatted, saving her approximately $130. When she later had some trouble getting online, she brought it back to us for help. We gladly got her connected again.

Our most recent article showcased another customer's comparison between other local computer stores and us. They initially brought their PC to another store, who quoted them $300 to remove infections plaguing their computer. They then took it to us for our clean-up services. We charged her $60 for the process. When their motherboard went bad on another computer they owned, they took it to us and we quoted them around $250 for the motherboard, installation, and a reformat on the hard drive compared to the $771 quoted to them by the other store without installing an operating system!
